If you have a problem, concern or complaint relating to the electricity network services you have received from Scanpower please let us know. Customer feedback is an important source of information that may enable us to improve our business. You can direct complaints to:

We strive to acknowledge receipt of complaints within 2 working days.
Electricity and Gas Complaints Scheme
Scanpower Limited is proud to be a voluntary member of the Electricity and Gas Complaints scheme. Under this scheme, once we have received your complaint, Scanpower has 20 working days to reach a resolution with you. If after this period we have not reached a mutually acceptable solution, you have the option of taking your complaint to the Electricity and Gas Complaints Commission.
