POWER LINE CONTRACTING
In addition to maintaining and replacing assets on the Scanpower network, we also provide power line contracting services to customers outside of our area, and are currently approved to work in the following areas:

- Electra Networks

- Power reticulation for new subdivisions (overhead and underground supplies)
- New rural power lines / connections
- Cable jointing
- Glove barrier live line team
- Power line extension / replacement
- Transformer and switchgear installation
- General network maintenance / pole replacement
- Electricity meter maintenance and replacement
- Registered electrical inspections and certificates of compliance
- Trenching / boring services
We pride ourselves on providing a highly responsive service to customers at a competitive price. Our customers include other network operators, property developers, farmers, commercial and industrial premises, and new home owners. We also provide services to Transit NZ and Telecom.
